Refund Policy

Symmathy LLC ("Symmathy") wants you to be confident in your subscription. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid Symmathy plans (AI Insights and Symmathy Pro). If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment, no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for every Symmathy order. Paddle handles billing, tax, invoices, and refunds.
To request a refund you can either:
- visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or
- email us at connect@symmathy.org with your order ID or the email you used at checkout, and we will pass the request to Paddle on your behalf.
Processing time
Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
After 30 days
After the 30-day window we generally do not refund subscription payments already collected, but you can cancel renewal at any time from your account — you will keep access for the remainder of the billing period you have already paid for. We may still offer refunds on a case-by-case basis for extended outages, duplicate charges, or other exceptional circumstances; just email us.
Canceling your subscription
You can cancel renewal at any time from your account page, which opens the Paddle customer portal. Canceling stops future charges but does not, on its own, trigger a refund for the current period.
